I didnt read all of this but I read somewhere before that the OTD stuff cannot leave OTD without having some consequence from ythan. I think its ironic however that OTD IS allowed to spill over into our personal ratings. Sure they really dont mean anything when they are good... but they sure as hell mean something if they are bad.

I like to know who people are and ratings kind of help that along. With that shit that goes on in OTD its a shame that people that dont even go in there get fucked. I mean really... posting someones rating url into an OTD thread is fucked. Once you click that link the threshold is crossed.

what you fail to realize is that the people who get ratings raped deserve it, and the ratings they get usually make sense.

in other words nobody does ratings rapes calling people pigs as you suggest....unless its for good reason.

I have seen OTD rape people for no other reason than posting some touchy feely thing in OTD

Don't get me wrong, there have been many rapes that did deserve them
there have also been many rapes just to try and make some one have a meltdown

just becaus you think they didn't deserve it doesn't mean they didn't, to them they did..so hence they did.  each person on this site gets one rating per person, we get to use it how we want.  its just ratings grow up.  people get called out on how they act, thats all their is to it.  99% of the time those getting raped did something knowingly or not to deserve it.  which includes needing to be taught a lesson

some are warned about OTD before they go there

those that are unaware of the nature of OTD
who go there and post a P&S or Pub style post
are generally the ones that get raped

Look at all the ratings I've been given out in my time here, none are below 5's. I don't give a shit about ratings while most people do. When they get 0 shrooms they give the other guy 0 shrooms with usually a rude comment.

think about it, you go into the pub and make pub type posts and you get good ratings.  but if you post some fucked up shit in the pub you get bad ratings....otd is just the opposite. 

otd is the opposite, hence you end up with the opposite ratings.

think of the pub as a dog...mans best friend,  otd is like a lion, you can try to earn its trust....but you'll prolly just end up as brunch, ate up and spit back out
