I recommend you try and spend some time by yourself for awhile, and find some way to change your living area, take care of yourself before you worry about other people. I'm in the same boat as you. Think back to your childhood, to when you were born, and all throughout your life, and accept who you are, and forgive yourself - that's the most important step.

Honestly I can relate to some of the things you said, where I get into this cycle of being limited by no one but myself. I don't even realize it's happening until I get out of it and say to myself, holy shit, what have I been doing? What am I so afraid of? I know I need to 'get out there and do it' but I can't find where there is, and I dont know what it is that Im supposed to do.
It's like I get trapped in my own head/body and don't know how to get out, but when I do, it's the most carefree time of my life.
It's hard to live in the moment-maybe its that ive done shrooms 4 times in the last month? or all the weed? who knows...

edit: you should post this in philosophy board to get more (better?) responses
