Aha!  Somewhere in Kenya someone said that Obama was born there and that made it true.  Of course!  We'll just ignore the legions of people with documented proof that he was born in Hawaii because we choose not believe them.  Is there any tangible evidence besides heresay that Obama was born anywhere but the U.S.?

Why yes, this certificate can be issued to foreign born children.  However when this is the case it is clearly documented on the Certification of Live Birth that the individual was born in Bali, Mombassa, Antarctica or whatever.

What we have here is not proof that Obama's mom has decent tits, but rather that even if there was video of Obama emerging from his mother's vagina, birfers would avoid the facts and instead offer 11th party conversations and naked pictures of Obama's mom; and of the video I would expect to hear the familiar, "That video is obviously 'shopped. You can tell by the pixels around the labia.  Seen it a million times."

can one prove that which does not exist? how do we know that this long
form from hawaii does exist if it cannot be shown, there's documents out
there that suggest that Obama was born in Kenya just as there are for
hawaii, we now have a dilemma that could be cleared up very quickly with
one slip of paper showing exactly which hospital he was born at as well
as whom the attending physician was as opposed to one that can be issued
to someone of foreign birth who's mother had resided in hawaii for at
least 5 years, news paper snippets and pictures dont prove a thing

of which anyone could have called at any time and had inserted, it takes
nothing for me to cal the local paper and put in a wedding, birth or
birthday announcement, in some of the papers they're even free

but where's the pics that show here at the hospital full term holding a
news paper for the day of his birth to prove he was born in that
particular hospital... I have a picture of my wife at full term sitting
in my living room but that doesnt mean that's where she gave birth, in
fact she spent the last 2 weeks 100 miles away where she did give birth
and had 2 checkups as well as false labor incidents which brought her to
the hospital... well golly... there's still a lot of doubt for those of
us that were taught not to follow blindly

Funny how when it is planes slamming into buildings, then the US government is doing it without any doubt what-so-ever even though almost all evidence points to terrorists, but when it is a question of the President being a US citizen, then anybody that questions is a racist moron even though there is no evidence, as easy as it would be to produce, given to the contrary.  I'm starting to believe that maybe fluoride in the water really does dumb people down.

I think his Hawaii birth certificate falls under the traditionally-defined label of "evidence" (it says it's legal in court proceedings right there on the document) and it states Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Oahu Island, Hawaii.

Furthermore, the newspapers of the time and the current state government of Hawaii back that up with direct evidence (information from the Office of Vital Statistics and access to the original copy, respectively).

No evidence? You're right, and nobody found evidence of planes at the WTC/Pentagon sites.

is forbidden by the governor to allow access to the records so we have to

Both newspapers published his birth data with information from the Office of Vital Statistics (birthers occasionally claim his grandmother could have done it herself). The office that keeps track of and records official births, deaths, marriages is not a credible source and produces hearsay? Nice try.

Privacy laws prohibit Hawaii from releasing their documents to the public, not the obstruction of any one governor. So far Obama's campaign and at least three officials from Hawaii have directly confirmed the existence of a valid birth certificate. Are you saying we cannot trust multiple levels of Hawaii's government to verify the legal documents they have on record? You think the FBI and federal government are taking their word on it, or are they in on the conspiracy, too?

Because they are tired of getting their asses handed to them in real debates.  It's kind of funny that they use this as some kind of evidence that Republicans are dumb.  At least the Republicans know there is some kind of issue here.  Democrat sheep just swallow it whole.

then there should have been no need for the governor to have said
anything, why have judges continued to rule that the states election
bodies cant qualify the candidates for their legitimacy to run for
public office preventing the full birth certificate from being
