ANNNNnnnnnnd 5 minutes later he calls back and says he does have it and is gonna return it.  My dad knows he lied through his teeth now and he said he's kicking him out, to find a new place to live.  We'll see if he owns up to it.

i dont know whether it would help at this point or not...

but kick his ass just for the bullshit you've had to put up with.  pull some real older brother shit, make him eat dirt, give him a wedgie, anything you can think of.

you don't want to really do physical damage, just psychological damage.  some people dont listen until you hit them in the face, then they're all ears. 

i wouldnt even try to fight him standing up.  just take him down, and make him cry with an arm bar or ankle lock.  i dont know how big your brother is, but i would hope you could beat him up being 5 years older.

after making him submit 5-10 times, he'll be a lot more timid around you.  shit, choke him out a few times for good measure.

No he bought it from a friend.  I awoke from a nap while my dad and this guy were downstairs talking.  I descended the stairs and my dad looks at me and goes, "Nicky has a gun."  I turned right to the guy and I go "I FUCKING KNEW IT".  He told us he wanted to resolve this as men before going to the police and his family and he sat down in our living room for a while while we talked it out.  I told them if it came to it, they had my blessing.  I'll put up with everything he does BUT having a gun in this house.  He's the last person on earth that should own a gun and I told him I'd personally kick him out if I ever found him with one.  I'm all for owning guns for protection and whatnot but not while you're using it to deal drugs in a house I live in, that's just not acceptable to me.

Wedgies are VERY underrated, they are painful and effective.

A proper wedgie should lift the person OFF the ground and you don't stop till the underwear breaks, it's not a good experience.

I just walked in on the last part of their conversation on the phone. 

Dad:  I don't care!  You're not living in this fucking house lying to me and hiding a gun!  You need to find another place to live!


If he doesn't keep going I'm going to see to hit he has an eviction date then I'm calling to have the locks changed.  I'm seeing that he sticks to it because I know how my dad can crack.

Well my Dad officially told him he has to leave.  He tried arguing, "I got it for someone, I didn't even keep it!"  My Dad finally rationalized it too and went "I don't care!  That fact we're even discussing a gun is a problem!  I don't want that in my house and until you clean your life up you're not allowed to live here.  Change your lifestyle boy."


I'm so proud of my Dad right now.  I know what that took to do that and he came through.  :heart:

My dad feels like shit over all of this, but I gave him a hug and told him he did the right thing and he has the support of my friends and myself during this whole thing.
