Will emptying a monster mushroom grow bag harm the crop?

I inoculated a Monster Mushroom grow bag from Mushbox with PE and the grain colonized. I followed the instructions and shook it up after 25% of the area was white. They say the easist method is to fruit in the bag. I want to empty it into a MYG type dome since it will have more surface area to produce more. I'm not casing it I'm just dumping the bag. Anyone try this or see problems?

Should I mist it with distilled water since there is more of an "atmosphere" (larger air space) to humidify?

dont use distilled. use tap water.
also i am not familiar with 'monster mushroom' grow bags so i dont know exactly whats in there...but if it is just grains then i would add a casing layer or just roll the block in verm.

Monster grow bags are a small patch of rye with an inoculation point and compost on one bag.

Won't the chlorine in tap water harm fungus???
