Staring at tits!

Taking a good peek at the mammaries of strange but well-endowed women is of my favorite activities in daily life, to be sure, and one in which I indulge constantly when in public. But the other day, after I mentioned that a noticeably juicy rack had just passed us by on a hike, my good friend said that you could be sued for sexual harassment for staring at tits. I told him that's retarded, you couldn't possibly be legitimately sued just for LOOKING in a certain direction. But inside, I was concerned.

Anybody know for sure?

I don't know, but if some chick is showing a ton of cleavage, I like to stare until they say something about it, just so I can reply "oh, by the way you had them on display, I thought that's what you were asking for"

if they obviously arent trying to flaunt, then that could be rude

I usually only stare at tits that are hanging out for the world to see, but what can I say, some of them really do stand out regardless of packaging.

I always look a girl in the eyes when we're actually speaking, no matter HOW amazing the rack, but if I don't think she's looking at me or engaging me in conversation then I will feast my eyes quite liberally, thank you.

I am not sure about sued, but some colleges sexual harassment policies include that, so you could get kicked out potentially for staring at someone the wrong way. Hard to prove though.

Sexual Harassment is repeated and unwanted.
If she tells you to stop staring, or obviously is uncomfortable, then you have crossed a line. As long as she's flattered or doesn't care or doesn't notice, you're cool.

Also, you could be harassing the one you are not staring at.
Pretty girl catches your eye, plain girl gets the butthurtz, potential legal problem there. At work or something, not on the street obviously. And again, repeated and unwanted. A pernicious situation.
