i used to have a six pack in my twenties, but i turned 30 this year.  it's time to put on that beer gut.  i've been workin on it all year.  results are slow, but i've definitely seen some progress.

I have an 11 pack.  I lean up toward the left when I work my abdominal muscles which created a muscle right under my left pectoral.  Also, I am a health fitness major at my college so working out is my daily regimen.

that's my problem, when I drink I get bloated for like 3 days.  This isn't necessarily a bad thing though because it gives me motivation to run that extra mile.  Anyways, what I said is true, I've been trying to get that 12th ab to pop up but no matter what I do, the 11th one gets larger lol.
