Has anyone had success with the Puerto Rican strain in a Mushroom Growbag from Sporebank? I am a Newbie and interested in the reported potentcy of this strain. Any help would be appreciated.

Despite the hype, I didn't find the PRs to be all that potent, but others have. If you're new, I'd recommend you start on a different strain because some have trouble getting PRs to fruit., like equadors, they seem to be a favorite for first timers.

skikid is right, PRs are not a good first strain as the agressivnes of the mycelium causes it to overlay easily. the potency can be pretty good but i think it has more to do with cultivation factors then strain.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.
