Good music is subjective but I'm mostly into bands that are trying to do something different. I suppose that goes for Tool but not every band that's doing something different is going to fit my tastes either.

look at fleet foxes... currently mainstream but is being bashed for some fucking reason because nobody understands there music and are so used to mainstream being all bubbly or sad they cant comprehend how good there music is

modern people enjoy simplicity because there far too uneducated to understand the complexity's... and anything complex and hard to understand is always frowned upon... look at how cannabis became illegal... fucking idiots.
and what makes it worse is these fucking idiots are the hard workers that obey every command and eventually climb the ladder to become president.
while us smart people are too high and lazy to do shit all until were caught and put into prison and then were like fuck we gotta something... (bob Marley was awesome because he was smart and knew how to get around and make a difference:) much respects
