grasshopper encounters grass smoker

So I was sitting there on the floor in my room, about to light this 'cigar', and i notice this grasshopper was stairing me down beside me.  It was a very light colored grasshopper, about three inches long.  Im thinkin 'thats cool, I'll get it high', and so i did, and it didnt seem to mind, I touched its front feet, and it looked at me funny.  We were eye to eye, like long lost lovers of a past-life.  Then I put my hand down, but it wouldn't crawl onto, so I nudged it twards my hand and it walked onto willingly.  So  I held it a while, put it down, picked it up, put it on my knee, and i watched it get ready to leap, eventually it did, and it flew strait out infront of me, and VANISHED!
at first I just thought that I didn't see where it landed.  I had put the blunt out half way and decided that I should find the grasshopper before I light up.  So I looked, and looked, and so on, for about 20 minutes.  I looked everypossiblewhere, but it is not in the room to be found yall, it strait up disappeared!

So.. gardian grasshopper? is my spirit animal the grasshopper? am  I  tripin? dreaming mabee because im up way way to early in the mornin;

My first question is:  Do grasshoppers have cannabinoid receptors in their ganglia?

My second:  :awebig:  I love one on one contact with grasshoppers.  They're so majestic.

Man I have never seen a grasshopper that let you touch it. They're tight insects to be sure, but the closest I've ever been able to get to one is like 2 feet.

Damn dude -- I guess CA is different. We basically have desert grasshoppers, and they are very good at staying alive.
