Lost humidity in both fruiting chambers.

After about 3 months of use last night both of my pet Zombies fruiting chambers lost there humidity.
He's never had a problem with them before, they always stayed between 95 and 100% humidity. They were also nice and wet on the sides, now there dry. He's using perlite as he always has. About an 1in of perlite with about 1\2 in of water and H2O2. He has not changed anything nor is he doing any thing new.. Everything is drying out, his cakes are turning blue in spots without being touched. They are 55QT clear tub's with white tops that I cut and put plex in. The perlite has been changed before but can it go bad?

As far as I can tell temp hasn't changed any..
