Synchronicities and Coincidences

~ This story could comprise great lengths if I let it, but I will try and condense it to a few main points.

The day I spontaneously decided to pack my few belongings and literally drive across the country to re-locate, a family member back home encountered a group of wealthy individuals (from the city I was driving to) who said, once I arrived, they would be willing to help me by means of their many professional connections.

After a couple of lunches, I become acquainted with one of them. At the beginning of one of our conversations (set amid luxury restaurants with yachts floating around), the older gentlemen starts discussing the "blue pearl" and how it metaphorically relates to many different things--buddhism, the center of the brain, the earth viewed from a distance, etc. The weird part? I had just read another excerpt about the "blue pearl" the previous day.

After leaving our lunch, I go to buy coffee from a stand. The girl pouring my cup adorns the cream at the top with what looks to be to be a lotus flower. I ask her if this is indeed what it is, and she smiles in a chilling way and says, "Yes, I just relax and shake my arm while I'm pouring and this is what comes out." And then she says, "want to see something else"? Then, the girl turns her arm over and there is a blue lotus tattooed on her wrist.

Previously, the guy and I were discussing consciousness studies. I mention the book Be Here Now, after agreeing that the subconscious can be directed through meditation and will. Come to find out, he was friends with Ram Dass while he was still Richard Alpert.     

As a gift, I receive books the next day from my girlfriend. And who was the author of one of the books? Ram Dass, titled "How Can I Help?"

Yes and the avatar is no "coincidence" for me either, one of my first and foremost most profound synchronous experiences involved that book. It's kind of what led me down the whole synchronicity avenue in the first place.
