Weird Vendor screwup?

Ok so I ordered a bout 3 grams of the spicey xxx regular strength "incense" from a vendor of various spicealikes. So I get a tracking number an i wait a few days I check it and it says my package has arrived i go and get it from my mailbox to open it up and discover that it's not at all what I ordered but in fact is anabolic steroids about 200 bucks worth of anabolics. It was also addressesd to someone else my adress just not the right name which i didnt notice also it was from greece and NOT england like it's supposed to be. Anyway no real point to this post I'm just not sure what I shoutld do with the nw 200 dollars worth of steroids I'm left with not something I'd like and not something anyone I know would like. I also just dont understand how this would even happen. I hope this is in the right forum and it's not breaking any rules I didn't mention any specific vendor or anything.

Have you tried contacting the vendor about sending it back and getting what you paid for?
