I was wondering about that too a bit. I had a little flu yesterday. Im getting over it today, but i still got a cold.. suposed to be doing some shrooms in like 4-5 days

i wouldnt eat shrooms if i wasnt feeling good. it will probably just make you feel worse.

I shroomed with a bit of a cold and oddly enough while under the influence my cold symptoms were basically gone :smile:

I'd say go for it unless you're in pain or REALLY annoyed by it or its REALLY getting bad or something pretty negative like that

i've had the same experience both with shrooms and acid. while on 'em my symptoms disappeared.

I actually had a scary experience. I was sick and did 3.5 grams
Now I don't know if this is related but like 5 hours after injestion
I was standing around with some friends and all of a sudden I started
getting super dizzy and slowly my vision faded and while it was doing
so I seen bright white outline of one friends hair and the logo on
another's sweater and then black for like 30 secs. I didn't say anything
while this was happening, just freaking in my head then my vision started
to come back and I took off. my friends said I was all green.

sounds like i trip differently than some of you - I lay on the couch with my eyes closed, I don't walk around talking to friends

ive tripped while having a mild cold...when i was coming up it seemed to get a little worse but then when i was peakin i totally forgot i was sick, my nose stopped running and i stopped coughing...

I tripped about two weeks ago, and I felt like shit when i dosed. I continued to feel crappy, and the come up was more nerve racking then usual. After the peak I was golden, and my symptoms actually went away completely. I did alot of energy work while tripping so maybe that had something to do with it?
