I have a really really weak stomach and i think i might have a problem downing shrooms so i would like to know what u guys suggest to eat them with that wouldnt hurt the potency of them, thanxs for ur time

Grind them up in a coffee grinder, then put them in capsules. Or make some kind of milkshake out of them.

Make a tea. It won't have the same effect as eating them.. (it'll come on faster and harder but last a little shorter) but you can add all kinds of shit to tea.. like cinnomon or other such flavor things.. lol.. or i bet you can make gel caps and shove them up your ass.. but i dont know if shrooms are good rectaly.. ?? just use your imagination.

in my experience, and other i have talked with, milk ruins the potency, i'd be sketched about any dairy becuase of it
If you chop them up and put 'em in a peanut butter sandwich you can hardly even taste 'em
Orange juice hides the taste as well, so make a smoothie, and eat a sandwich

Milk lines your stomach, and so by drinking it you are increasing the time it takes for the drug you've taken to enter your system. While it doesn't actually destroy or reduce potency per se it may seem that way because the drug enters your system much slower. The speed at which you get your hit is relative to the percieved strength of the hit.
As was mentioned before, having it in tea, and especially on an empty stomach will get it straight into your system, hence the mad rush. But it'll start being metabolised quicker too, so the trip won't last as long as a 'slow release' of having an actual shroom sitting in your stomach being broken down.
I think the general consensus for reducing nausea is to abstain from eating anything for ~4-5 hours before the trip.

if you wanna eat the shrooms (instead of making tea or psillycider), try chopping the shrooms up & mixing them with chunky cinnamon applesauce...

& the milk thing --- it is possible that the tryptophan (& trp metabolites) in milk may be competing for some of the receptor sites targeted by psilocin molecules...

Yeah, a good point from a theoretical standpoint although I think the actual amount of trytophan in the milk would be negligable. I'd be willing to be proven wrong of course. Vitamin C has the same effect and so I suppose it could be argued that taking your mushies in OJ would be just as bad for the trip as with milk, although I for one wouldn't put that arguement forward without further research and even then I think it'd be negligable again.
Has anyone studied this?

crumble them up a little bit and roll them up in a fruit roll up or two.. wash it down with a mt.dew... it actually tastes good
