Top 10 Things To Have For A Zombie Apocalypse

In the comments section below, list the top 10 things you would want to have or acquire if (when) a zombie apocalypse occurs and why. Remember to list items that you either already possess or could easily acquire on a relatively short notice (don't list "Apache helicopter" or ""underground bunker" for example, must be something you can take with you). Remember to list items that would help insure your survival, not your entertainment (such as your iPod). Take into account your surroundings (city, country, woods, etc...). Also, list at least 1 person you'd want with you. And let's just say that there is a mix of the slow, shambling zombies as well as the fast, 28 Weeks Later zombies... choose your items. Here are mine:

1. M1 Carbine OR M14 (for range, single-fire conserves ammo)
2. Pistol grip 12 Gauge shotgun (for close-quarters)
3. AK-47 (why not have the greatest, most reliable weapon ever created?)
4. .357 Magnum OR Glock 21 .45 (just in case)
5. Machete (never runs out of ammo, also useful for other things)
6. Satellite phone (communicate with other survivors, if any)
7. Canned foods or MREs (must have sustenance)
8. Water (must be hydrated)
9. Pair of binoculars or spotting scope
10. Wanderlei Silva

3) flashlight
4) water
5) makeshift flamethrower
6) lighter
7) gas
8) blade
9) pit bull (or other aggresive large dog)
10) first-aid

1.A place inaccessible to most of the world probably in the mountians with a source of fresh water and only one way in or out.
2 An assault rifle w lots of ammo
3 food
4 water
5 seed and  stuff to grow more food.
6 A heat source
7 stuff to grow shrooms and weed
8 A reinforced hmv
9 A medieval pike
10 women.... have to repopulate the  world

other important things to note is that they could be the fast
moving zombies, slow moving walkers that always get ahead of you
while you're running and the ever important talking zombies

1. 6.5mm Grendel rifle with plenty of ammo.
2. Pair of Para Ordinance Hi-Cap 1911 .45s, one w/ a flashlight rail, one with laser.
3. A two story building/house where I can destroy the stairs.
4. A stockpile of MREs.
5. A stockpile of bottled water.
6. Butane torch.
7. Couple pounds of C4 with blast caps (take a lot of zombies with me should I get overrun).
8. Kabar knife.
9. First Aid kit.
10. Lots of weed and rolling papers (assuming there's no power for a vaporizer).

Women aren't a necessity. She'd only get in the way, and fuck repopulating the world after seeing that shit go down. The only woman worth knocking up would be one who also survived on her own.

I was also gonna say have a supply of weed too.. hmm..let me think about this


1. BFG (big fuckin gun, preferably a chaingun that shoots shotgun shells)
2  water & food (fuck it they will count as one)
3  reliable vehicle
4. flame thrower and grenades/bombs (all secondary weaponry)
5. lots of weed, with joints and blunts stashed all over my person, in true Rambo fashion
6. something too keep me awake, but not tweaking out
7. zombie paper (:thumbup: :heart: to you if you know what I'm talking about)
8. some type of bite-proof armor
9. rugged good looks
10. witty one-liners

I would hope to at least run into Obama and his cabinet, and other conglomerate fucks and blast the fuck out of them, "mistaking" them for zombies

1. Any weapon chambered in 7.62x39 (most common ammunition in the world besides .22lr)
2. Semi-auto high capacity rifle in .22lr
3. Pump-action 12 gauge (also a really common ammunition)
4. Carton of cigarettes
5. Maybe an axe, rather than a machete, machetes are pretty hard to cut firewood with compared to an axe
6. 100ft of polyester cord (maybe hemp?)
7. a FUCK-TON of lighters, matches, flints, and accelerants
8. Telescopic fishing pole + reel
9. jerry-can and hand siphon
10. a dirtbike.

I chose weapons with the most common ammo possible, assuming my chances of just stumbling on ammunition would likely include at least one of these. And the hand siphon and jerry can so it'd be easy to steal gasoline for my dirtbike, i'd hate to be without transportation in a zombie-type situation.

It also matters if these zombies are supernatural or biological.

a supernatural zombie isn't thinking for it's self, it's doing someone or something else's bidding.

Don't forget to bring a shovel.

Makes a good backup weapon in addition to facilitating the burying of the dead. Just make sure you destroy the brain first or your companion may be making a curtain call shortly afterwards.
