Need ID on possible( very probable) Georgia pan subs

With all this rain I went out to hunting and did not find any weilii but I did find some mushrooms that I think are pan subbs. Let me describe them.

Stem: 2-3 inches
Cap: Brown, light brown at the top and cascading down to a darker brown on the edges. 1/2-3/4" in diameter
Gills: They are black, there are some long gills and some short gills( not unison)
Print: Jet black


Here is the deal, they look like subs, and the print is black, like subs.
But this is what is throwing me off.
The stems on these mushrooms are thin. I was under the impression that pan sub stems were thick. I was also under the impression pan sub stems were white.
These stems are brown and are darkening a bit as they sit here.
I'm not sure if this is another pan species but if you can tell me about it please it would be great.

Oh ya, they were found in bermuda grass.

I found some today that looked exactly like that... brown stems and all. The prints came out black. I was not aware Panaleous subbs liked burmuda/fescue grass, but that is where I found mine.

Those are not Pan. Subbs.  He already posted this anyway.  This thread is 4 years old.
