Allergies

I have wicked allergies. My whole face is itchy, runny nose, sore throat, all that shit.

I take benadryl prolly 4 times a day to keep it in check. Problem is, that shit really fucks up my day. I feel it pretty strong, and it makes me really sleepy and lethargic.

However, I LOVE sleeping. I hate missing out on sleep, and the other shit we have in the house keeps me up all night. I'm not a person who deals well with not sleeping at night.

Any suggestions for what to take that won't make me wired at night, but won't make me want to pass out all day?
