you can use it, it works just fine, the only thing you need to do is to buy some weatherstrip, (the foamstuff around windows)
and attach it along the edge.
I have 8 cakes fruiting in there, just on perlite. All I do is, just air it once a day, and pick the shrooms when they are ready!

i use a big blue tuppertub,didnt even need weather striping. perilite humidification,and one of those florecant stick lights.works great....cheap too..
