I wash my hands every time I get home from somewhere, ESPECIALLY if I've been taking public transportation and/or holding rails. It has just become a habit, a good one too. Only got one cold and NO flu this winter (knock on wood). I usually get bronchitis a few times a year too. Haven't had that in at least a year.
