Actually other than what I said earlier I doubt a sedative is what you need. Sounds like you are stuck and in pain and want to get rid of the pain?

Don't want to get preachy here but I don't think trying to run away is the answer. It never is. Face your pain and face your fears and try to get through them. Change your life around. Change your environment. Experience new things and try to find yourself.
