I think my best was like 18:21 or something like that, but that wasn't a 5k, it was a 3 mile.

OMG IM SO FUCKING HAPPY! :rave: I got into the top 250 slot! They gave medals to those who were in the top 250 and I was one of them (there were a few thousand in my age bracket, 29 and under)! I have no idea what time I got so ill have to look it up later :lol:, but im so proud of myself. This was my first race ever, I cant believe it. For my heroic speech allow me to dedicate this medal to the shroomery......May the world one day not judge a man by his lifestyle, but the content of his character. Michael Phelps would be proud :rockon:

Really wish I had or girlfriend or someone cheering for me on the sidelines, But it really does help to have people cheering on the runners, as they come show their support. Kinda kept me goin

Yeahhh. That'd make it all the more glorious. That was what i really liked about Cross Country, having a whole bunch of people cheering you on as you come to that final stretch.
