pick up the caps

I need some advice about picking the caps up after they have been printed. Every time i go to pick them up they wipe away some of the print or if i pock at them witha toothpick it picks up part of the spore print any help would be great :confused:

I just stab a knife into the cap. There's no need to be sterile about it.
