just bought the bose portable sounddock...fucking amazing

this thing is amazing!  its like the size of a small laptop or box of cookies or something  and its sooooo fucking loud!  the sound is full and rich.  if i turn it up all the way ill proly piss off the neighbors.  its awesome when im walkin with it in my backpack cause it bumps so much that i can feel the vibration all over my body.  this thing is gona be a hit on lot.  ive always rocked boomboxes and speakers for my ipod......over the years ive become kinda known around the country for the dude with the tunes as ive done alota travelin and lived in the woods a bunch with other kids travelin and shit and people are always psyched that ive got portable music.  but all the shit ive ever had was only so loud and when things like partys and campfires got rowdy you couldnt hear it.  with this thing ima be able to realy bump some shit!  ive yet to see how the battery goes but ive read reviews that at full volume it lasts 3 and a half hours which is decent......and i doubt ill realy need to bump it at full volume much cause its just soooo fuckin loud. 
ill proly try to buy another battery soon so i got that much playing time
im lookin to get some kinda of portable power supply like a realy small generator or some kinda power pack so i can get that much more as well. 
it was realy expensive tho.  after taxes and the 2 year warrant it came to 470
the 2 year warranty was only 40 bux.  and it covers anything. 
its a hella lota money but, im all about some music so for me, the money is whatever. 
im gona make a video in a bit of how loud it is and post it here.
you can hear this shit like down the block

Might want to check into getting some kind of solar charger, they've gotten a lot more efficient recently.

Also, I hate you say it but you might have paid too much just because it's a name brand:

I love this thing! I take it camping and hiking. Not only does the battery last all day, but the sound quality is astounding for it's size:thumbup:

I looked at all the speaker systems for the computer and ended up buying the Bose companion 3 system....it rocks the house thats for shure,I think you made a good choice.

Most people who talk bad about bose ,have never owned them.

Or they really know what they're talking about. It's not that Bose is bad, it's that it's expensive.

The nice thing about Bose though is once you buy it, it doesn't matter. It's still quality audio equipment and you'll be plenty satisfied with the investment.

And there is stuff out there that is as good or better for less cheddah.

I got the Bose over-ear noise canceling headphones as a present a few years ago. Yeah they sound awesome and work great for canceling noise. Would I spend $300 on them? Pffft, no.
