Mycelium Inoculation Tek???

Alright, according to the tek, Anno used a colonized rye jar... my question is.. can I use a colonized brf jar and still have successful results? I was wanting to try this tek.. but I want to get all skepticism out of the way.. it's not fun to waste a colonized jar ya know? And.. has anybody tried this tek yet?.. how were the results?

Hardly.
The vermiculite will clog the syringe, I tried it.
