Here's the idea: http://www.shroomery.org/9er/cloning.shtml .My friend just got a real long fat one, held on one edge, skinned it with a small kitchen knife,...
Maybe other teks show how to do this without so much fancy equipment?
My friends result turned bluish and he still had some chunks in there. I don't know what blended mycellium would look like..
My idea was, the amount of surface area vs. the actual amount of volume is pretty small, so if some contams sneak on the surface, oh well. Fighting it with h202 well, suppose 1/2 your solution is exposed to h202. Then you lose half of the 1% of contams. But half the 99% of mycellium is slowed. So really you've half-powered the juice is all. Thats my theory. Do what seems right, try it out, post results. Amateur cloning could use some results posted I think before we suppose too much.
