Interestingly enough, the Stepan company, who imports Coca Leaves and produces the extract for Coca Cola, is the only company in the United States that can legally import Coca leaves from Peru.

Guess what else they do with those leaves?!?

You guessed it. They extract cocaine and sell it to Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals for them to produce medicinal cocaine preparations.

So unfortunately the leftover coca leaves are spoken for.
