Id go to dance clubs if they returned to how they were in the early 90s.
These new ones suck.

i went to Nation in d.c. during the dyeing days ('05) of that club. beautiful.

i went to Ibiza to see sander k and it was soo posh and disgusting. a bunch of people dressed up drinking overpriced drinks.

give me a dark dirty warehouse, throbbing base, good e pills, and a few hundred sweating bodies. long live the underground.

i have alot of older friends who were big into the rave scene through out the 90's. im sad i missed it =(

There aren't any good clubs where I live. They are either hipster clubs that only cater to the 'young professionals' that are full of assholes or hip-hop bullshit clubs that play rap all night.

The clubs are probably the same. You just have good memories from your younger years. And those memories are probably padded, too. Every period of our lives seems so much better five or ten years later. (With exceptions, obviously: famine, poverty, abuse, etc.)

Topping those good times you had will be tough. Maybe you should forget your expectations and just enjoy yourself in the moment.
