I can't believe it but I'm really into classical music

I see why people like this now.  I have Albinoni playing in my place and it adds a feeling of grace and majesty to everything I do.  I'm frying up taco meat and it feels like I'm in epic saga of some kind, and this is just the taco meat chapter.  The music swells as I chug my Red Stripe.

I've been into Classical for some time.  A good epic cooking food song is Bach's Cello Suite No.1

I dislike a lot of classical, the kind that people think I'm talking about when I tell them I like Classical music.
I don't like light classical... there is a difference between Classical and light classical.

Light Classical is elevator music bullshit, Classical is thunderous Violin symphonia by master composers like Mozart, Vivaldi, Boccherini, and Genius minutes, sonatas, & compositions by Greats like Chopin, Beethoven, & Bach.

For some reason Hannibal Lector comes to mind. Replace taco meat with human brains and the picture will be complete.

Vivaldi's Four Seasons is a work of musical excellence. Each season has a different attitude and personality, inducing a unique mood with each differing piece. They're great when your stoned and typing up an essay, or cooking.

Check out Beethoven's later stuff, like the last few things he wrote.  He really got inventive and strange then, great stuff.  I mostly listen to late 19th century and early 20th century orchestral music if I'm going 'classical'.
