They're not good for going to sleep tho - tend to keep you awake.

Low dosing once a week maybe but every day the tolerance would make it useless very quickly. So you'd have to keep increasing the dose.

Its not a great feeling to wake up tripping, even only from a small dose. Its like waking up dizzy and fuzzy headed. The two times it happened to me the only parts of dreams I remember were like fever dreams. Repetitive pointless crazy dreams.

I ate low doses of mushrooms for about a week. Makes you feel great, but tolerance builds pretty quickly.
