how much fresh fruit are you currently in possession of?

Just felt like asking a random question.
How much fresh fruit do you have right now? How much fresh fruit do you usually eat?

If your answers are both none, you should go get some! It's good stuff!


Right now I have:
2 bunches of bananas
A kiwi
5 navel oranges
6 apples (four different kinds of apples)
1 container of strawberries
all organic

I usually don't have that much, but I do make fruit a regular part of my diet.

But don't go thinking I'm a vegan or vegetarian, I have about 50 lbs. of grass-fed beef in my freezer too. :thumbup:

that's a hell of a supply. planning to make some smoothies? i have really good oranges and grapefruit. i want to get some kiwis and avacados tomorrow.

maybe three apples and three oranges. And a container of blueberries, and a strawberries one also. :drooling:

i haven't had a kiwi in a while, I just got one tonight just to have. avocados are good too.

No smoothie plans though, bro. I used to make smoothies quite frequently... would use a bunch of strawberries, oranges, and bananas, as well as hemp milk,and a little spinach powder, beet powder, chlorella, spirulina, maca, cinnamon... all sorts of shit.

I don't use any of that stuff anymore though, and also I found that I get more satisfaction from just eating the whole fruit the way it is.

i haVE like 8 oranges. 3 bananas. and 4 apples probably. i am allergic to kiwi. my favrorite fruit is probably mango or any berry!

Whenever I buy a bunch of fruit, it just goes bad on me, so I eat it right after I go shopping each Sunday

allergic to kiwi and your favorite fruit is mango? That's interesting. I've known/heard of plenty of people who are allergic to mangoes, but not kiwis.


Good to see there's so many people eating fruit! haha.
My favorite fruit is probably apple, I love eating all different kinds. Jazz, Pink Lady, Honeycrisp. In fact I think if I were to look back at my threads I would find at least one dedicated solely to apples. yikes!

I had three organic Fujis today. Not my favorite, although the New Zealand variety is great, but I too LOVE apples.

I like plums :laugh:. but i dont have any :frown:
we have like 1 banana and some grapes here, maybe a few apples. Lots of veggies tho, i love vegetables

mandarin/clementine/blood orange. Too hard to decide which one for me. Oh yeah and mulberry's. So good to pick in the summer and pig out on.

*EDIT: To the poster above, I have to agree plums are awesome. At times they're better than oranges, depends what I'm craving. :awesome:

I just bought 5 organic REd Delicious apples at the store.  They were on sale for $1.00/lb, which was cheaper than most of the non-organics.  I don't buy much organic stuff, but organic apples always seem juicier and more tasty in general.

Might have some grapes in the fridge too :meatspace:

apparently certain types of mulberrys are hallucinogenic and laxative.

Yeah I read somewhere about that in a book. I thought it was talking about another part of the tree though, not the actual berry's. I've never felt anything odd from the tree I pick from. :shrug:

i bunch of banana (was 2 but i ate it today between breakfast in cereal and lunch) 9 oranges, 2 dozen apples, finished a bunch of grapes today with the munchkins,4 grapefruits, and  a bunch of fruit juices.
