Does any know about old Bavarian humor?

#9803721 - 02/15/09 07:46 PM (17 years, 7 months ago)

I watched a lot movie recently (Heart of Glass) that supposedly contained a lot of Bavarian humor. From what I read about it Bavarian jokes are VERY dark and they often don't discern between drama and comedy.

example of some bavarian comedy scenes in a book or whatever:

A man missed his friend so much he went and grabbed his dead body, took it to the pub and danced with it while weeping.

A group of eager explorers set out to see the world and then soon died.

I find it really interesting and would like to learn more.
