First time i'm trying this.  (i'm blazin as I type.) It's not bad at all.  I'm a pretty big fan of klip dagga in general, but this is a nice method.  I use all homegrown leaf.  I've had it on my to-do list for a while.  I just figured i'd share the experience.

I've gotten high from freshly dried dagga, but the effects are minimal and last about 20 minutes.

It never flowered for some reason, and it was around late September. They were all at least 10' tall.

i ask because it seems the resinous leaves are what make it potent (i think) and this happens usually when its hot and dry...or at least dry cause it washes off in the rain easily :frown:

they seem to like short day lengths to flower.....i guess thats why they flower so fast here cause we are close to the equator, sort of and the days are always short....sometimes they flower at 6" here in the ground LOL.  kinda liek weed that way.

I think the nearby street light threw them off. Sept is still warm here. That may make a difference.

It tastes and smells similar to mj.  Many have said so in the presence of the smell or after tastng it.  It is notably less intense.  I haven't smoked mj for years though, so it's satisfying.  I agree with enthoguy in terms of effect and duration.  I've also found a dagga, california poppy mix to be nice.  I've used only homegrown herb for both.  The dagga was harvested in the fall during flowering.  The plants were around 10 feet tall.  I find these leaves to be roughly as potent as the flowers.
