New comp speakers(Problem)

Every now and again i'll here a ... zzzppoop come out of my speakers...similar to the needle of your record player hitting some grime on your records.

I just bought these 2 weeks ago, swapped them once for the same brand in exchange thinking my that set up was faulty...What do you think is up? Logitech x-240 are the speakers..
