We got hit with 14" of snow last night!

I hate where I live we get this lake effect snow coming off of Lake Michigan. Most of the town around barely got anything. My town is shut down 14"s will do that. I can barely shovel cause I'm hurt this is going to be a long day. And it's still snowing with no sign of stopping. But at least my first mushies are poppin up, so Ill have something to do this weekend!

They should have snowdays for adults. If I didn't have to go anywhere, I'd be happy with an ass load of snow.

We had 7" of snow here where I am (in Britain) it brought the country to a pretty much stand-still. It was fun for the first couple of days, now its just cold, wet, slippery and annoying :tongue2:.

Finally starting to melt though :yesnod:.

There has been at least 12" on the ground since december. Right now there is at least 24". Thats above average for here. It is supposed to be 45 the weekend, Weird!

Why do so many people hate winter? Iunno wtf is wrong with everyone but if you get off your ass in the winter you go snowmobiling, ATV riding in the snow off jumps, skiing, snowboarding and the list goes on.

No amount of snow will stop the city here, were very well equipped to handle it. Everything is covered in snow right now but it's all frozen at -26C.

Can't wait for the next snow fall, gonna go ski :laugh:

It seems like everyone that lives in a place with NO SNOW, wishes they had snow. And everyone that lives IN SNOW, hates the snow.

Personally, I love the snow. I'm a big snowmobiler and ice fisherman. I wait aaaaalllllll year for winter to come. I love it! Pile it up! :grin:

i love gettin snowed in.  but ur right.  its proly cause where i live.  long island ny, it only hapens maybe a few times a year if that.  weve had some bad winters....and some winters with barely any snow.  so far this year we havent got snowed in.  but all these panzies around here freak out with a couple inches.  the news is all over it, everyone talkin about it, complaining.  im like, wow!  its funny, they almost dont react any different to when we get a few feet of snow.  a couple inches debiliates these clowns just the same.  ah, im hopin before winters over we get at least one good blizzard!

I fucken hate summer, all those fucken bugs buzzing around me and mosquitos biting me all over.

Fucken bugs. If it wasn't for mosquitos I'd like summer, winter is just better though. EVERYTHING is dead, you don't see nothing out at -30 except for the cats that live outside and some people like myself who enjoy cold.

I went snowmobiling the other day, had a blast going off jumps and speeding through trails. Snow falling everywhere! It's so damn fun.

My pops is from that area in SW Michigan and he said they were scratchin 19 inches already!
