That's a pretty weak reason to be pissed.

I'm talking about the play on which harrison got flagged for unnecesary roughness.


Because he did do some unnecessary things like shoving his fist at Edge's facemask.



The chop block wasn't called, but it was on the replays.  The after effects, i'm not saying they were justified.


But the reason for it was plain and clear.

If your talking about the one they flagged him on then yeah that was a chop block, but like jew said he wasnt intending to hurt anyone or else he probably would have.

I dont think his behavior was warranted either.


But getting chopped is always a big deal to defenders, many big name players in the past of lost their cool due to these similar situations.


The kinds of injuries sustained by chop blocks are the ones which threaten careers.

It's a silly comparison because, you think people would be as threatened by Kurt Warner going nuts on them, compared to say, James Harrison?


Maybe Kurt wouldn't have gone nuts because he realizes he can't really physically threaten half the players on the field.

but i recall people i was watching the game with having the same reaction of
"omg james look at that thug"


but the replays show the chop block.  And then it's like "ah hah" i get why he's so pissed.


Once again, not sure if it was justified, but the reason was clear.

No, that was not my point at all.
Like I said I was comparing the situation, warner had the same reason to be pissed that game but he isnt as stupid as to sucker punch the guy in the back.

let me spell it out for you.  since you don't seem to get it.



you said "kurt had a similar situation" in which someone made a cheap play which could have threatened an injury.

then you said he didn't flip out like james harrison did.


I was saying that maybe he didn't flip out because he ISN'T james harrison.  He's kurt warner.


you think D lineman are going to take note if kurt warner flips out on them?  Comparing to say....an RB having James Harrison flip out on him.

On my very limited search (typing "James Harrison penalty" into YouTube and watching the first hit) I couldn't find anything more than the penalty. I remember the play and the penalty replay, but I didn't take note of what happened beforehand because it just made sense that he would be 'roid ragin' at that point in time. He already had a near-heart attack after running 100 yards because of the HGH.
