two super bowl appearances in 4 years.



couldn't wish for anything better as a Stiller fan.



It's going to be a tough game, but I think the defense will pull through as it has all season.



I love the media day clip of James Harrison.  Talking about some sandwich he'll love to go home and eat once they win the super bowl.

I live right outside pittsburgh but found most people on this forum dont like the steelers. Just a heads up.haha

mm.not the trend in other "steeler" threads ive seen. but i guess we will see.

I only root for them cause well... they are the only team i watch...cause thats where i live? i dont make an effort to cut my evening short to catch a game either.Just not much of a football kinda guy.any on TV sport that is i guess.

I hate AJ Smith and everything he stands for. He has made some decent choices but has countered every single one with a bad choice. He needs to go.

Will we hold onto Sproles? Only if we release LT. I don't see Sproles taking any less money than he is worth. He earned whatever money he can get. I would love for him to stay but its slim if we keep LT, and I would like to keep LT. I don't care what anyone says 1100 rushing yards is a pretty good season especially for a guy that was injured a couple times. It was a bad season for LT but for most running backs it would have been considered a good season. Hell, he nearly put up as many yards as both the Colts backs combined.

it's clear though, that his performance has declined significantly with the loss of Lorenzo Neal.



Neal was key to that running game for so long.
