I make 6.55 am hour. :sad:

But i make between 20$ - 100$ in 6 hours in tips that are un taxed. None of the drivers claim they make any tip money where i work. But there are some places that make you claim the tips. Either way, you wont make more than minimum wage hourly.

The one I worked at payed drivers 5.00 hour plus tips but that was on the low end of the spectrum. You make alot of money with tips especially if you work the dinner shift.

unless I know I could get more I put "starting pay" under salary expectation.

When I worked as a "delivery boy" I got paid under min. wage but after tips it usually worked out pretty good.

When I used to do it I made minimum wage + tips which ended up being anywhere between $10-30/hr.  After doing it for a few years and learning the ins and outs I rarely went below $15/hr.  Make sure your delivery area includes some wealthy areas or a large college campus if you really want to make some money.

I make minimum wage + tips + $0.25/delivery for gas (which doesn't cover half of it).

Tips for me are kinda hit or miss.  Some days I'll make $5, some days I'll make $60 :shrug:

It's a decent job, I drive around and smoke weed my whole shift and people pay me for it.  Not too shabby.

here's a tip, keep a pad and pen in your car.
I would write down all the names and addresses of the good tippers and the no tippers then act accordingly when delivering to those houses  :devilslist:

over break i was making $7.50 plus tips, plus $1.25 per delivery for gas. this was at hungry howies.

i was friends with the manager though.

If you weren't going to school, it wouldn't be much to glorify:lol:  Haha, I've actually done the same thing in school before, delivery for chump change (7.50/hr, gas money but no tips), fits in with school schedule, so why not?  It sucks even more once your taxes are taken out LOL.

But yeah good job going to school, glad you won't have to rely on your delivery job as a career.:thumbup:
