Its iffy- looks normal for corn, a tad startchy.  Possible bacteria- you can tell by the way the myc is releaseing motabolites at a very early stage.  How does it smell?  and watch the speed of the growth.

I have never seen mushroom myceliem grow like that. I would promptly throw that jar out.

i am throwing this out. i have about 16 jars and 4 of then look like this. it's almost yellow looking in spots and very thick.
