Preview Post before Poasting

How many of you keep that checked when you poast? how many uncheck it before poasting? and is there a way to make the default unchecked? it gets annoying unchecking it everytime.

i only use it when im quoting someone, or doing some code... i want to make sure it looks right before i actually make the poast.
