The best cure for the common cold is...

160 milligrams of Oxycodone, a few shots of Seagram's Seven Crown whiskey, a bowl of some absolutely dank Super Purple, a couple canisters of N2O, and a fine Acid cigar.  I feel absolutely and righteously blissful, and my immune system appears to be back up to full health.  Sinuses are completely clear, and the last of my cough appears to be gone.  Fuck yeah!

Alcohol + opiates is extremely dangerous due to the possibility of respiratory depression and subsequent death.  I'm aware this was an unsafe combo but I am extremely naturally hard-headed to opiates and I have experimented with gradually increasing beer doses while on opiates.  Keep it safe, guys.

you know whats good for a cold?  tea, ginger, garlic, pepper and curry.

staying away from oils, dairy, and sugar.

nice hot baths.

speaking of hot bath, getting my shower back tomorrow, fuck yeah!

Although I haven't had a cold in over 10 years.. everytime I ever got a cold, I found that just a nice fat bong hit of some super dank did the trick perfectly!
Opens up those bronchial tubes, dries up and clears the sinuses.. makes you feel all warm and floaty.. it's like a freaking wonder drug.

Time is the only actual 'cure' for the common cold. Flu's and colds are bacteria and virus' in your body. your body has to get rid of them, in it's own way, on  it's own time.

That being said, there is nothing wrong with any treatment that makes the crappy symptoms feel better while you have a cold. Take what you want. Excessive alcohol, however, will prolong a cold because you have to heal from that too, but a little is good. But take what you want.

Very true.  I was sick as a dog a couple years ago with a cold.  Smoked a little :meff: , and felt like a million bucks, cleared me right up.
