That's a fascinating prospect.

I imagine a group of young individuals wearing blazers and slacks but Pink Floyd shirts underneath, pointing fingers and making noise until somebody breaks out a bong and we all decide that it's probably better to get nothing done anyway.

1.  Drugs would be legal.
2.  Economy would fall apart(even more than now).
3.  Public would connect points 1 and 2.
4.  Huge public backlash against drug legalization.
