Plasmid may have flamed a lot of people, but he always did it for the simple reason that they were talking out of their asses and he had the credentials to prove them wrong. He did us all a service by smacking down the armies of ignorant morons who populate this Web forum (like they do any other), but who matter here so much more due to the sensitivity of issues being discussed and the authority with which so many of them here assert their backwards, retarded, senseless claims.

I think once something becomes a beatdown it stops being intellectual. The conversation also loses all objectivity and the only which is proven is who can be more insulting and arrogant. This is what people like plasmid thrive on, and it disappoints me that so many people see these kind of attacks as a sign of intelligence.
