I would like to just discus people thoughts on girls weight and how toned muscles on a girl are better or worse and relate all of this to my gf since you all know what she looks like now

Ive got a small frame. Im built like someone from the third world. Most Americans are grossly overweight by world standards. If I went to India, Africa, South America, etc Id be "average". or maybe even a little bigger than average. I may be up to about 120 or something now, I haent weighed myself in a while and Ive gained weight over the past few months.

It's a new year!  New beginnings!  Push-ups, sit-ups, etc, etc.  If you both can afford a membership to a local gym, then go for it!  A beautiful slender body can be shaped into a GORGEOUS athletic body.  It all starts somewhere.

5'7 and 112 is what a girl that height is supposed to weigh. From 110 - 120 pounds. A guy of 5'7 is supposed to be between 125 - 135
