is it cuz shes deficient in some mineral or something

Biologically, she is less inclined to create heat compared to the average human male.

how skinny is she?  Are you a lot bigger than she is?  probably you just have a higher metabolism. 

If it is a really noticeable issue for her, she should have her THYROID checked next time she sees her doctor.  It's an easy, run-of-the-mill blood test.  Hypothyroidism commonly manifests as intolerance to cold (also, weight gain, fatigue, etc.)

Yeah, I dunno why the hell girls get cold so damn easy. Most of them just do...
