Sure, maybe you're relationship is the exception, but considering that you two have already had some threesomes (which usually isn't a good sign for a monogamous relationship), then I'd say she probably cheated on you. It's really easy to believe it didn't happen because you want to, trust me, I've been there, but it probably did happen. Don't make the guy paranoid.  If he already established he trusts her then fuck it, let it go.  As long as she didn't contract anything obvious, don't stress yourself over being crazy suspicious  :shiftyeyes:, that can hurt a relationship just as much as cheating can.

As far as her weight, I think that's a question for you and her.  I think addressing the stress that caused her weight loss is the most important thing.  Alleviate her stress and her body weight might rebound a bit.

In the meantime, buy nonflammable sheets and post more pictures for a more thorough analysis.
