Neither dude.

Gypsum is used in grain substrates to keep kernels from sticking or clumping together.

Limestone or Calcium carbonate is used to buffer the pH in a casing, not a substrate.

Lastly, worm casting casings are said to contaminate easier than say a manure casing. Might wanna try to check your local cow pastures and pasturize some pasture cow manure... hehe.

These are Wiggle Worm Castings and they have never contaminated,i've heard of other brands that are not the same quality.I even forgot to pasteurize once and they were fine, not that i like to take chances. The WormsWay here carries 1lb bags for $.89.That way they can be opened 1 at a time.So no one adds lime to dung bulk substrate?

Nope, no need to.

The casing you can add lime if its slightly acidic. Peat is very slight, but even then its not even really a problem.
