If a shemale were to get arrested would she be put in a male or female jail?

I'm talking about born a regular male but then having all the operations done to make him a female.

Did you see what I did there? By asking if you were planning on committing a crime, I was insinuating that your question pertained to possible repercussions, i.e. which jail would they put you in? :grin:

Like if a shemale has a dick, no way they could be put in the same place as real females. But if they has a female body structure with a dick in a male prison, they would be getting gang raped like every day.
