Anyone know of healthy hooka alternatives?

Hey everyone,
So lots of us know its kinda fun to sit around and smoke hooka. Sometimes its just entertaining to smoke. What I dont like is that hooka's are supposably horrible for you..it has been said that one hooka session can equl 20-100 cigarettes. Is there a healthy alternative that will still low one to smoke?

Most of the test done to equate hookah smoke to cigarette smoke are actually flawed for one main reason.  They hook up a vacuum to a hookah and make it draw non-stop for a whole session.  Then , they calculate the amount of smoke drawn in and run it in a particle analyzer.

In a normal hookah session , people take breaks and then pass the pipe around.  You don't smoke non-stop for a whole session !  Furthermore, the coal does not combust the tobacco , but rather boils the mix of molasses and tobacco, and creates big clouds with the condensation of glycerin.

It ain't so bad in moderation.

I don't know if I believe the 20-100 number that people claim about hookah. You have to consider that most people smoke hookah with at least 3-4 other people at a time, and a lot of people (at least me) don't inhale it has much as they do cigarette smoke. I personally don't smoke hookah for the "buzz", I smoke it because i enjoy the simple act of exhaling smoke and blowing smoke rings. I also only smoke hookah maybe twice a week, and I don't find it addicting at all.

If you are looking for a health alternative to smoking anything, DONT SMOKE! You should be willing to accept the consequences of smoking if you are going to do it.

yeah I hear what your saying but i mean there are some herbal hookah blends on the market and stuff in that nature. I could care less about the buzz..its fun to blow rings and do other tricks..

Im just interested in smoking something with less tar

Ive been wanting to try one of those oxygen bar things with the flavored pure oxygen. I bet it gets you pretty high. The only reason I havent tried it is I cant justify paying 10 bucks to breathe something I already breathe for free.

They sell several herbal smokeing blends at the middle eastern grocery store near here in the hookah tobacco section.

kinda good if youre drunk, smells good, i wouldnt do it again though unless it was free.

if youre willing to pay an extra buck nat sherman cigs are all natural and long burning. sold in black boxes at most 7/11s for like 7$ a pack. but each cigarette lasts just as long as 2 normal cigarettes!

Oh I didnt mean cigarettes I  meant the hookah soex packs.. Anyone tried them and had a good experience(i.e. good flavor..thick smoke) or are they a joke?
