how to stomp

I have always been a a bit self-conscience about dancing. At my last homecoming dance i was completly wasted and 'let go' I have always thought I 'couldn't' dance but people from that night said I was decent and looked as if maybe I was on E. At that point in time I never tried E and never had any dancing expereinces.

Well then there was the rave. It took a little while to get in the mind set and everything, but I was only able to get in the right mind set a few times. If that makes any sense, lol. I was curious if anyone had any links to "how to videos" that would be a great tool to learn how to do differnt "rave" sene dances?

The mushrooms will make you dance as soon as you hear the music unless you fight it tooth and nail, and even then you will shake because you will want to get up and dance.

I've found that learning an instrument can help you learn some rhythm, that way you wont dance to the lyrics like most white people.

ive played drums for a long time

and i have bodily rhythm while playing

but i don't dance.  ever!

Usually when I am drunk/rolling and there is techno music playing (really any music at all but especially techno) I cant hold back mah dancin' side. Its usually a mix of head nodding, arm flailing and bobbing up and down on my legs. It would be funny to watch probably but it feels good to me.

Yeah I play all sorts of instruments and I don't dance either, but that's not the point. We both have rhythm and it's easy to tell when somebody doesn't.
